Can ZorClaw access or withdraw my funds?
No. ZorClaw trades using the permissions you grant your Binance API key. It never takes custody of your funds, and the Portfolio Dashboard specifically requires a read-only key that cannot trade or withdraw.
Do I need coding experience?
No. Setup is download, paste your API key, and run. Pick from 10 ready-made strategy templates — no code required.
What does "one-time purchase" actually mean?
The bot's editions (Standard / Deluxe) are one-time purchases with a lifetime license — no recurring subscription. ZorClaw Pro is a separate subscription (US$9.90/month or US$99/year) you can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period, and cancelling never stops a position that is already running.
What is ZorClaw Pro?
ZorClaw Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription (US$9.90/month or US$99/year): a new strategy pack each month, future strategy templates, and priority support (Discord PRO badge). It is optional — buying Deluxe does not require it, and the bot works without it.
What exchanges are supported?
Binance USDⓈ-M perpetual futures today. Additional exchanges are on the roadmap — announcements go out on Discord first.
Is the free edition a trial?
No time limit and no credit card. It is the full product — all 10 strategies, dashboard, notifications and risk controls — capped to Binance Testnet so no real money is involved. It also includes a 3-day backtest window. Buying an edition unlocks live (mainnet) trading and longer backtests (7 / 30 / 90 days).
How does the license key work?
After purchase you get a license key. Sign in with your Google account in the app, paste the key, and the license is bound to that account permanently — one key, one account, reusable on a new PC by signing in again. After the first verification it is stored locally, so it also works offline.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes. ZorClaw runs locally on your machine and talks to Binance with your own API key, so it only trades while the app is running. There is no cloud server holding your keys.
Windows shows a blue warning when I open it — is that normal?
Yes. The app is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen flags it the first time. Click "More info" → "Run anyway". A code-signing certificate is on the roadmap; the download itself always comes from this Gumroad page.
